Returning products
Returns can be made within 90 days and are completely free*. Please make sure your return meets the conditions below.
* Note! If with the return of products the order amount falls below the amount for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Calculation example: An order is placed for €75 of which €40 worth of products are returned. The order held has a value of €35- and then is under the amount for free shipping. There will be a €4.75 deduction for shipping upon refund.
Return conditions
- Product is unused and in new condition
- The product has not been washed
- The return has been returned within the specified time period
- The return was notified via our website
- The products are well packed so that they are not damaged during transport.
