We've kept our terms and conditions as simple and easy to read as possible. We'd rather focus on baby clothes than complex text. Mistakes are inevitable, and we always resolve them promptly. If anything is unclear, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Article 2 - To whom do these conditions apply?
These terms and conditions apply to everything you order from us through our website. Before you checkout, we ask you to agree to these terms and conditions. Once you do, we have an agreement and will do our best to make you happy with your purchase.
Article 3 - Our Agreements
These rules apply whenever you buy something from us. We'll let you know what you'll pay and what you can expect from us. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us .
Article 4 - What We Offer
We'll clearly explain what we sell and how much it costs. We'll also tell you how to pay, and when we ship your order, you'll receive a track & trace code so you know how and when it will arrive. If anything is wrong, please let us know immediately.
Article 5 - The Agreement
If you accept our offer on the website and place an order, we'll send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Online payment is processed over a secure connection.
Article 6 - Returns are allowed
You have 90 days to decide whether you want to keep the products. If you return them, we'll refund you as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of receipt. Make sure you return them well-packaged and in good condition. More information can be found on the returns page.
Article 7 - Payment
You can pay directly online or later. For post-payments, we use Klarna .
Article 8 - Complaints
If you have a problem, please let us know. We'll respond within 24 hours (on business days) and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Article 9 - Disputes
If we really cannot reach an agreement, Dutch law will apply.
Article 10 - Additional Agreements
Sometimes additional rules may apply. We'll let you know if they apply. These rules are always in your favor and you can save them on your computer.
Article 11 β The Price
We stick to our quoted prices, unless there are legal changes. And we'll always let you know if the price is subject to change, for example, due to market fluctuations.
Article 12 β Quality and Warranty
We promise that our products will meet your expectations. And if there's an extended warranty, we'll let you know.
Article 13 β Delivery
We'll do our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible. And if there are any problems, we'll let you know right away.
Article 14 β Subscriptions
We currently don't offer subscriptions. If we do, we'll make sure you can cancel at any time. We don't make it too difficult for you.
Article 15 β Payment
You pay within 14 days of accepting our offer. And if you pay upfront, we'll make sure you get the best value for your money.
Article 16 β Complaints
If something is wrong, please let us know. We'll work with you to resolve it and try to respond within 24 hours to ensure it's resolved to your satisfaction.
Article 17 β Disputes
If there's a dispute, Dutch law applies. But let's hope we never get there.
