For international orders, PostNL works together with trusted local partners (Deutsche Post, Bpost, Royal Mail, USPS and others), so that your parcel is delivered with care there too — always with a single track & trace number.

Dutch orders are almost always delivered the next working day. Belgium and Germany usually take 2 – 3 working days.

Track & trace

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we send you an email with the track & trace number. From that moment you can follow exactly where your order is — whether that's in the sorting centre in Nieuwegein or on its way to Sydney.

Sustainable packaging

We pack everything in recycled paper and compostable filling material. No plastic, no unnecessary cardboard. A woollen blanket made with care deserves to be packed with care too — and that care extends well beyond unpacking.
