Refund policy

Returns can be made within 90 days. A fee of €5.95 is charged for processing a return*. This amount is deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Request a return by logging in to your account. The login is linked to the email address used to place the order. If you do not have an account, you can create one with the email address used to place the order. Under orders, you can submit a return request. Once the request has been approved, you will automatically receive a shipping label by email.

* Please note! If returning products brings the order amount below the threshold for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Example: An order is placed for €75. Products worth €40 are returned. The order that is kept has a value of €35, which is below the free shipping threshold. Upon refund, €5.95 is deducted for shipping + €5.95 for processing the return.

Return conditions

• The product is unused and in as-new condition
• The product has not been washed
• The return has been sent back within 90 days
• The return has been registered via our website
• The products are well packaged so that they are not damaged during transport.
