Refund policy
Returns can be made within 90 days. You will be charged €2.95 to process a return*. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be repaid.
Request a return by logging into your account. The login is linked to the email address with which the order was placed. By entering the email address, a code will be sent to log in. It is possible to request a return under orders.
* NB! If the order amount falls below the amount for free shipping when returning products, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Calculation example: An order is placed for €75, of which products worth €40 are returned. The order being held has a value of €35 and is below the amount for free shipping. Upon refund, €5.95 will be deducted for shipping + €2.95 for processing a return.
Return conditions
- Product is unused and in new condition
- The product has not been washed
- The return is returned within 90 days
- The return has been registered via our website
- The products are well packaged so that they are not damaged during transport
