Refund policy

You can return items within 90 days of receipt.

Please note: a return fee of €5.95 is deducted from your refund for every return.*

How to register a return

1. Go to our returns portal: lillebarn.montareturns.com. If you have an account, you will also find the link in your account under Register a return.
2. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
3. Select the products you want to return and the reason.
4. You will receive a return label. Pack the products carefully and drop off the parcel at the indicated carrier point.
5. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus the €5.95 return fee.

* Please note! If, after your return, the value of the products you keep falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

Example (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany): you order €75 worth of products. You return €40 and keep €35, which is below the free shipping threshold. €5.95 shipping + €5.95 return fee is deducted, so you receive €40 − €11.90 = €28.10.

Return conditions

• The product is unused and in as-new condition
• The product has not been washed
• The return is sent back within 90 days
• The return is registered via our returns portal
• The products are packed well so they are not damaged in transit
