Article 1 - Who are we?

We are Lille Barn, located at J.H.B. Koekkoekstraat 32 in Hilversum, the Netherlands. You can reach us by phone at 035 7739429 (Mon–Sat 9:00 – 17:00) or by email at info@lille-barn.com. Our Chamber of Commerce number is 78321492 and our VAT number is NL003319245B55.

Article 2 - Who do these terms apply to?

These terms apply to everything you order from us via our website. Before you check out, we ask you to agree to these terms. As soon as you do, we have an agreement and we will do our best to make you happy with your purchase.

Article 3 - Our Agreements

These rules apply when you buy something from us. We let you know what you have to pay and what you can expect from us. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.

Article 4 - What We Offer

We tell you clearly what we sell and how much it costs. We also tell you how you can pay, and when we ship the order you receive a track & trace code so you know how and when the order will be delivered. If something is not right, please let us know right away.

Article 5 - The Agreement

If you agree to our offer on the website and place an order, we send you a confirmation by email to the address provided. The online payment goes over a secure connection.

Article 6 - Returns Allowed

You have 90 days to decide whether you want to keep the products. If you return them, we refund you as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of receipt. Make sure you pack it well and return it in good condition. You can find more information about this on the returns page.

Article 7 - Paying

You can pay directly online or afterwards. For afterwards payments we use Klarna.

Article 8 - Complaints

If you have a problem, let us know. We respond within 24 hours (on business days) and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Article 9 - Disputes

If we really can't work it out, Dutch law applies.

Article 10 - Additional Agreements

Sometimes additional rules may apply. We will then let you know. These rules are always in your favour and you can save them on your computer.

Article 11 – The Price

We stick to the prices we offer, unless there are legal changes. And we always tell you if the price may change due to, for example, market fluctuations.

Article 12 – Quality and Warranty

We promise that our products meet your expectations. And if there is additional warranty, we will let you know.

Article 13 – Delivery

We do our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible. And if there are any problems, we will let you know right away.

Article 14 – Subscriptions

We currently do not offer subscriptions. Should we start doing so, we will make sure you can always cancel. We won't make it too difficult for you.

Article 15 – Paying

You pay within 14 days after agreeing to our offer. And if you pay in advance, we make sure you get value for your money.

Article 16 – Complaints

If something is not right, let us know. We will solve it together and try to respond within 24 hours and resolve it to your satisfaction.

Article 17 – Disputes

If there is a disagreement, Dutch law applies. But let's hope we never get there.
