Frequently asked questions
Does the gift card expire?
No. The gift card has no expiry date and stays valid until the balance is spent.
Can the gift card be spent over several orders?
Yes. Whatever is left stays on the gift card until the balance runs out.
Where does the gift card end up?
If you choose straight to the recipient, we email the gift card with your message to the address you give us. If you choose to me, you receive the gift card yourself and pass it on whenever you like.
The recipient has not received the gift card — what now?
Ask the recipient to check their spam folder first. If that does not help, email info@lille-barn.com and we will send the gift card again.
Can I return the gift card?
Digital gift cards cannot be returned. Products paid for with a gift card can simply be returned within 90 days.
