Composition
The top layer is made of Woolmark-certified 100% pure new wool, knitted into tricot. The tricot is made of cotton/polyester.
This combination of materials is needed for a safe, ventilating/breathable top layer on the mattress. This tricot is essential for this fabric. Other brands use it too, but are sometimes less transparent about it. The wool fibres need something to anchor into, and cotton or wool alone is not strong or stable enough.
