This wool bodysuit is made of 100% merino wool
A wool bodysuit needs to be washed far less often than a cotton one. Wool has self-cleaning properties, so hanging it out to air is often enough. But of course wool bodysuits need washing too. To keep them beautiful and make them last, they need special care.
Washing the wool bodysuit in the washing machine
We recommend washing the wool bodysuit in the washing machine, but only do this if you have a modern washing machine with a dedicated wool programme. Use a special wool detergent to wash wool.
Hand washing the wool bodysuit
The bodysuit can also be washed by hand, but be careful. You can easily damage the wool by wringing it or rubbing the fabric against itself.
Always use a special wool detergent to wash wool. A detergent without bleach or enzymes.
