Perfect products, yet with an imperfection. Before shipping, all products are manually inspected. If a product isn't perfect, it won't be shipped. Returns sometimes don't arrive in 100% condition. Or products don't arrive back from a trade show in 100% condition.
While most brands reject defective products and refuse to accept them from the sewing workshop, we do. Otherwise, they'd be thrown away, which is a shame! Products for someone handy with needle and thread!
